    Shocking

    Unfortunately this is not a good review for HKO VEHICLES it’s been a disaster from start to finish. Yes Andy you’re a good bloke but you tell a lot of lies and need to communicate with your customers a lot more and not just ignore them. Nearly 4 weeks later and still not received the vehicle i purchased. It’s just been lies after lies and excuses after excuses And then I was told by Andy the car had pasted the mot with only 2 advisories (tyres) So checked for myself and it had failed on a lot of things (some being major). Why lie and tell me it had passed 😡 Yes he had them fixed but by this time we have had enough and wanted a full refund which was given. He did apologise to us but we didn’t want do business with him anymore. So now after 4 weeks we are now back to looking for our family car. Just be careful with this company. And double check your documents.

    Misleading

    Check the MOT history and advisories on your car your looking at they seem to "disappear" when HKO get hold of them, also check the advertised car actually has the things stated on the specification ..... Says climate control doesn't have it etc etc
