This is my first car and first experience buying one.. although i don't have anything to compare too, Andy has certainly set the bar for me! I originally wanted a Japanese car and was looking at a Suzuki Swift from else where during the lockdown period. I had nothing but issues with the other dealer and the whole process was so stressful that it put me off getting a car all together. Dealing with Andy was a breath of fresh air and he was a delight really. The car is an Audi A1 and has been really good so far, the deal was too good of an opportunity to pass up knowing the price and the millage. Really satisfied and I would highly recommend HKO Vehicles.

Alarm bells were ringing loud and clear when the warning lights flashed up on my dash and I was worried I may have been caught out with a bad car.. Andy however, was incredibly proactive in resolving the issue with me and it turned out just to be a bad connection with the ABS sensor. I am very happy with how quickly Andy resolved the issue and to the standard this was done, the car has been great ever since and my wife loves it too.

I have quite a number of cars and took a trip to HKO Vehicles in Congleton to look at and Audi RS4 to add to the collection. I am really happy with the car, there have been no problems so far and it's a really nice addition to my collection, something a little different to the classics which are dominating my garage currently. I dealt with Andy and HKO Vehicles as I needed to source a van for one of my customers, it was a nice in and out, quick service and sale. Andy was really sound to deal with and the van has been flawless. I have had a couple conversations with my customer since the sale and he hasn't had any issues, he says he is really liking it. The car is great and Andy really has looked after us from start to finish. I purchased a Fiat 500 from HKO Vehicles, I would be lying if I said the car wasn't without issues, the master and slave cylinder went within 24 hours, Andy was eager to help and had the car back, picked it up on the back of a low loader, he had the issue resolved and the car back to me within 48 hours which I was very happy with. The customer service, especially the after sales care has been exceptional and both my partner and I are really happy with the car.

We were in search of a first car for my stepson, and after discovering HKO's extensive selection of Nissan Qashqais, we decided to reach out to them. Having owned a couple of Qashqais in the past, we've always appreciated the amount of car you get for your money. When I spotted a good selection advertised by HKO Vehicles, I reached out to Andy, who turned out to be a star. Despite living quite far away, Andy went above and beyond by sending me walk-around videos and extra pictures to help me make up my mind.
