I dealt with Andrew and HKO Vehicles on behalf of my sister as she was in need of a new car and I seem to be a bit better at dealing with car dealerships. Andrew was great to deal with based on our limited interaction, we live about 2 hrs away in West Yorkshire so we couldn't go see the car and had to put our trust in Andrew, this was obviously a safe bet, he delivered the car all the way to West Yorkshire, when it arrived it was immaculate, very well cleaned and prepared. My sister absolutely loves her new car and HKO Vehicles will be top of my list if I need a new car in future.

I have known Andy from long ago and he has always been a good guy. I traded in a Vauxhall Mokka and have treated myself to an Audi A3 which is a nice little upgrade for me. I am really happy with the car apart from a minor issue with the rear passenger door, it doesn't seem to open from the inside. I am hopeful this will be covered under warranty and if not that Andy will do me a solid and help me sort it, I have just been to busy with work to look into it. The car aside from this is perfect and a significant upgrade from the cars I have driven in recent. Really happy overall.

I have been in the market for a new car as mine was written of in a crash, I loved my Vauxhall Mokka and kept that in mind when I was looking for my new car. HKO Vehicles in Congleton had a really nice Mokka just as modern as my last which was almost identical and I couldn't help but deal there and then. One thing I loved about the Mokka was how well it protected me during the crash, along with the comfort, looks and performance, you get a lot of car for you money and since having my Mokka again, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend HKO Vehicles if you are in the market for a used car, they have a nice little range for different budgets.

HKO Vehicles and specifically Andy himself have been really enjoyable to deal with, no complaints and no issues from start to finish. HKO Vehicles are based in Congleton which isn't too far from me, maybe 40 a 40 minute drive, my partner and I drove down to the dealership and looked over the cars, made a decision and signed the deal same day, Andy had the car prepped and as close to showroom condition I have ever seen a used car within a few days ready for us to collect. We were offered delivery, despite us not needing to do this I appreciated the offer. I have never owned a Qashqai but needed something a little bigger than my older cars and this ticked all the boxes for me and my partner.

I was a little skeptical in the beginning as I was confident I wanted something smaller, I went from a Range Rover to a Corsa and now back up to my new Qashqai. The car is great and I do love it to pieces but it has certainly took me some getting used to. The young man who looked after me and guided me through the sale was such a nice guy, really informative and easy to talk to and deal with. I have already give my word I will return when I am ready for a change and recommended HKO to a few of my friends.

A very nice, thorough, quick and easy service! I am really happy with how attentive Andy has been from start to finish, my initial inquiry was with a dealership in Crewe, they did nothing to prepare the cars for my arrival despite having called a couple days prior and they weren't MOT'd so I couldn't test drive them. Andy on the other hand, had everything ready for my arrival, aloud me to test drive and get a good feel for the car and after dealing, the car was in excellent condition and has been problem free. Very happy with everything start to finish and would deem HKO Vehicles a very recommendable company.

This is my first car and first experience buying one.. although i don't have anything to compare too, Andy has certainly set the bar for me! I originally wanted a Japanese car and was looking at a Suzuki Swift from else where during the lockdown period. I had nothing but issues with the other dealer and the whole process was so stressful that it put me off getting a car all together. Dealing with Andy was a breath of fresh air and he was a delight really. The car is an Audi A1 and has been really good so far, the deal was too good of an opportunity to pass up knowing the price and the millage. Got a Nissan Qashqai for my Mrs and it has been ace. It is a cracking run around car for her. The only problem we had was a bit of an issue with the radio but after getting a spare part for it she is back to blasting out her music. The guys were really sound and we just had a perfect experience.

I love my Nissan Qashqai! It has been running so well and the guys at HKO Vehicles got it straight back in no questions asked when I told them a warning light had come up. Andy was great to deal with, he sorted everything for me and answered the phone as soon as I called. They weren't pushing the sale on me and were just great all round. Typically someone has crashed into my car just after I had it so I am just waiting to see if the insurance can fix it. If not though, I will definitely go back to HKO as they have the kind of cars I like that are great for someone looking for a bigger family car. Good little dealership.
