I found HKO on the internet whilst looking for the car I wanted ( Nissan Qashqai ). I arranged to look at the vehicle and was given the keys to take it for a test drive, as far as you want to go and take as much time as you need. There is no hard sell, you are left to make your own mind up but Andy was there to answer any questions I had. I part exchanged my old car and I was given a very good price for it. I would 100% recommend HKO and their staff.

It was all getting bit stressful until I spotted a Ford Focus advertised by HKO Vehicles on Auto trader. I called up, spoke to Andy and arranged to pop down and take a look. My daughter-in-law was in need of a new car, and I found the perfect one online at HKO Vehicles. It looked to be in excellent condition, so I decided to buy it without even seeing it in person. I'll admit I was slightly nervous about doing everything over the phone, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about. My husband doesn't usually take to everyone, but even he agreed that Andy at HKO Vehicles is an amazing bloke. I'm really enjoying my Qashqai! My partner handled most of the arrangements, but on the day of our visit, everything went very well and to my knowledge, there weren't any issues. HKO struck a good balance between letting us explore the car and being close enough if we had any questions. Since we were travelling from Bolton, if we liked the Qashqai then we wanted to take it home on the same day and when we did come to view it, it was well-presented and ready for me to drive away.

The Qashqai has been great for the 6 weeks I've had it. Andy took good care of me in the dealership and was excellent at being super responsive. I tend to do long trips as my son plays football, and the Qashqai is the perfect size for all his stuff. I'm only a 25-minute drive away from the dealership, so it's good to know I can pop in if there's ever an issue.

I have always had manual cars but due to my health I needed to make the switch to an automatic. I was hoping to get a mobility car but unfortunately I was 2 points away from qualifying so I had to look at other options. One that kept coming up was the Nissan Qashqai but I found the newer models were just a bit too high for me so I struggled to climb in. I saw an older model locally though and when I tried that it was that bit lower so it was perfect for me. Once I realised the older model was what I wanted I started to have a look online and found this one at HKO Vehicles Ltd in Congleton. It is a bit further away from me but my husband took me down to have a look as I hate to drive in areas I don't know well. The guys at HKO sorted us out with a test drive, I have never had one before so I didn't realise we could just take it out on our own so that was a really nice surprise. My husband drove it with me in the passenger seat as he has more experience with automatics but we fell in love with it and decided we wanted it. The guys were amazing and got it all sorted so that we could take it away the same day. I just had to follow my husband back otherwise I would have got totally lost

I love my Nissan Qashqai! It has been running so well and the guys at HKO Vehicles got it straight back in no questions asked when I told them a warning light had come up. Andy was great to deal with, he sorted everything for me and answered the phone as soon as I called. They weren't pushing the sale on me and were just great all round. Typically someone has crashed into my car just after I had it so I am just waiting to see if the insurance can fix it. If not though, I will definitely go back to HKO as they have the kind of cars I like that are great for someone looking for a bigger family car. Good little dealership.

I was looking for a new car for a while and saw a Nissan Qashqai locally but by the time I rang it had already sold. By then though, I had my heart set on a Qashqai so I started looking further afield. I saw one with HKO Vehicles and even though it is far away, with me being from Wales, I decided to go down after visiting family in Manchester. It was definitely worth the trip as I love my Qashqai and the guys at HKO looked after me really well. They sorted out getting it delivered for me with it being quite a way from me. We did have a laugh though about how they would deliver it as they were going to drive it and then get a train back but with where I live they would have been stranded. It is a good job I warned them how remote it was so they knew to deliver it on a truck instead.

Would recommend this garage, bought a Nissan qashqai from here very spur of the moment just before they were closing one day in January, they let me take it out for a test drive despite them closing soon, they refurbed the wheels and gave it a full valet and wash. I did have an issue with the fans where they would keep going off, I mentioned it to them and Andy got it sorted the same week. Really nice guy.
